Deisy & Jose
Jose, fresh out of college, embraced the cleaning industry as he was hired and worked under the guidance of a retired corporate expert. This unique blend of corporate efficiency and small business charm honed his entrepreneurial spirit. His dedication soon transformed a start-up cleaning franchise into an acclaimed success, earning prestigious accolades like 'Franchise of the Year' and 'Manager of the Year'.
Her hard work, precision, and meticulous eye for detail elevated the franchise’s standards, establishing her as a cornerstone of quality and training. Together, they created a renowned powerhouse, known for its impeccable service — a testament to their commitment to excellence.
Their professional partnership flourished into a beautiful personal relationship, leading Deisy to step away from the franchise to focus on their growing family. Meanwhile, Jose expanded the franchise's horizons but eventually shifted to the automotive and electronics industries for a better work-life balance at the time, achieving significant success and learning new skill sets.from different industries.
Throughout the years, family and community remained at the heart of their lives. Jose and Deisy actively participated in their son Danny’s upbringing, from sports coaching to volunteering at school and community events. Deisy’s passion for cleaning continued, building a loyal clientele through word-of-mouth referrals — the inspiration behind our company name.
As Danny embarked on his journey to adulthood, Jose's longing for the personal connections in the cleaning industry resurfaced. Coupled with Deisy's consistent high-quality work and community encouragement, they were inspired to start Referred Clean — their own family business.
Referred Clean is more than just a cleaning service; it’s the culmination of years of expertise, unwavering commitment to quality, and a desire to serve our community. We bring this dedication into every home we care for, ensuring not just cleanliness but a healthier, more enjoyable living environment. Our unique approach, combining proven cleaning techniques with personalized service, sets us apart, ensuring every client feels part of our extended family.
